Connect the order statuses in your webshop with the order statuses in Brightpearl. It is used both when new orders are sent to Brightpearl and when order statuses are updated.
Each row connects:
an order status in your webshop, and
a Brightpearl Order Status.
Good to know
If the list is empty, check that Brightpearl is connected. An empty list almost always means the connection, not the setting.
If a value is missing, create it in Brightpearl first, then click Clear Cache on the settings page so the list is refreshed.
