Good to know
Type each value exactly as your webshop sends it. A value that doesn't match is skipped without an error.
Which tax code to use is an accounting decision. Ask whoever does your bookkeeping.
If the list is empty, check that Brightpearl is connected. An empty list almost always means the connection, not the setting.
