Decide how Junipeer finds the matching account in Centra for a company.
Junipeer first looks for the account by its external ID (the company's ID in the other system). If no account is found that way:
Yes – Junipeer also tries to find the account by VAT number.
No – Junipeer doesn't search by VAT number.
