Choose a Dotdigital list that contacts are added to by default. Leave it empty to skip.

Map Country to Contact List overrides this list when the customer's country matches.
Choose from the lists in your Dotdigital.
If the list is empty, check that Dotdigital is connected. An empty list almost always means the connection, not the setting.
If a value is missing, create it in Dotdigital first, then click Clear Cache on the settings page so the list is refreshed.
