Add contacts to a specific Dotdigital list based on their billing country.
Each row connects:
a Country Code, and
a Dotdigital List.
Good to know
When a country matches, this overrides the Default Contact List.
If the list is empty, check that Dotdigital is connected. An empty list almost always means the connection, not the setting.
If a value is missing, create it in Dotdigital first, then click Clear Cache on the settings page so the list is refreshed.
