Host Key

Updated October 15, 2026about 1 min read

Enter the server's public SSH key (for example ssh-ed25519 AAAA...) or its SHA256 fingerprint.

When it is set, the connection is refused if the server shows a different key. Leave empty to not check the key.

Good to know

  • This protects against connecting to the wrong server.
