Map custom attributes

Updated October 8, 2026

Copy information from your webshop order's custom attributes to fields or labels on the order in Fortnox.

Each row connects a webshop attribute (left) with a Fortnox field or label (right).

Setting a label when an attribute has a certain value

Write the attribute as attribute:value. For example:

  • box_type:1 → set label STL

  • box_type:2 → set label OB

Setting a label when an attribute is "yes"

Write only the attribute name. The label is set when the value is 1, yes, ja, true and similar. For example:

  • is_cron → set label CRON

Setting labels named in the attribute itself

If the attribute's value contains label names, separated by commas, those labels are set. For example, an attribute tags with the value label1,label2,label3 sets the labels label1, label2 and label3 in Fortnox (if they exist there).

Good to know

  • Type each value exactly as your webshop sends it – same spelling and same upper/lower case. A value that doesn't match is skipped without an error, and the default is used instead.
