Automatically mark Invoices as Paid

How payouts work in Junipeer

What does this setting do

Let's first quickly break down the payout reconcilliation flow with Junipeer:

1. Junipeer is first syncing orders

2. Then it creates/bookes invoices based on capture/fulfillment in the E-commerce.

3. Then, Junipeer fetches payouts and applies them to invoices, labelling them as "PAID"

This settings will omit the last step and always auto-pay the invoices. This is particularly useful for non-integrated payment methods like PayPal or Zaver.

After switching this setting on, it's highly recommended to specify the instantly paid services (under the below Specify the methods that we should consider the order paid AND automatically mark as paid the invoice config).
