Match categories in your ERP with categories in Geins yourself.
Each row connects:
a Category ID from your ERP, and
one or more Geins Categories.
Good to know
Type each category ID exactly as your ERP sends it – same spelling and same upper/lower case. A value that doesn't match is skipped without an error.
The Geins categories come from your Geins. If the list is empty, check that Geins is connected. An empty list almost always means the connection, not the setting. If a value is missing, create it in Geins first, then click Clear Cache on the settings page so the list is refreshed.
