Yes – the merchant reference is taken from the Qliro checkout order.
No – the merchant reference is taken from the payment transaction.

Turn this on if the integration that exports your orders to Fortnox does not have Qliro set up.
If you turn this on, turn off Qliro in that other integration.
The default is No.
