Connect the customer groups in your ERP with the B2BKing customer groups in WooCommerce.
Each row connects:
a customer group from your ERP, and
a WooCommerce B2BKing Customer Group.
Good to know
When this map is filled in, B2BKing customer information is added when customers are created and updated in WooCommerce.
The customer group on the left is typed as free text, because Junipeer can't fetch the list from the other system. Type each value exactly as your ERP sends it – same spelling and same upper/lower case. A value that doesn't match is skipped without an error, and Default B2BKing Customer Group is used instead.
B2BKing is a plugin for B2B (business-to-business) selling in WooCommerce.
If the list is empty, check that WooCommerce is connected. An empty list almost always means the connection, not the setting.
If a value is missing, create it in B2BKing first, then click Clear Cache on the settings page so the list is refreshed.
