The Dashboard is the top-level landing page of your Junipeer workspace. It is the launch pad for everything else — your integrations, your team, your billing, and your subscriptions. It's also a landing page right after logging in at app.junipeer.io.
The five sections
The Dashboard presents five entry points, each opening a dedicated area of the app.
Integrations
"See and manage your integrations"
This is the section you will visit most often. Each integration you have set up (e.g. Shopify ↔ Fortnox, Shopify ↔ Business Central, Qliro ↔ Fortnox) is listed here.
This is the default path to reach a specific integration's settings. Click Integrations, then click the specific connector you want to work with. From there you can open Get Started, Flows, Entities, Tasks, Logs, Time History, References, and every other integration-scoped page. If you are looking for a setting and don't know how to reach it, this is almost always the way in.
Users
"Manage workspace users"
Where you invite colleagues, remove people who no longer need access, and manage roles. Junipeer supports multiple users per workspace, so your accountant, developer, and operations lead can all have their own logins.
Common actions here:
Invite a new user by email
Revoke access for someone who has left
User management is workspace-level, not integration-level — a user added here has access to every integration by default.
Billing
"Manage billing contact information"
The address and contact details Junipeer uses when issuing invoices for your subscription. Keep this current — an out-of-date billing email means your finance team may miss invoice notifications, and an incorrect billing address can complicate accounting on your side.
If you need to change what you're being invoiced for (not who receives the invoice), that's handled under Connector Subscriptions below.
Important: this input is only relevant for the invoiced-based contract with Junipeer.
Payment Methods
"Manage your organizations payment methods"
Where you add, update, or remove the cards or bank details Junipeer uses to charge you. Not to be confused with the "Payment Methods" configuration inside a specific integration (which is about how your customers pay you, and lives inside each integration's settings).
Dashboard → Payment Methods = how Junipeer charges your organisation
Integration → Configure → Payment Methods = how an ERP books your customers' payments
They sound similar. They are unrelated. Do not edit one when you mean the other.
Connector Subscriptions
"Manage your connector subscriptions"
Junipeer bills per connector pair (Shopify ↔ Fortnox is one subscription, Qliro ↔ Fortnox is another). This section shows what you're currently subscribed to, lets you add new subscriptions when spinning up new integrations.
