General Settings

Updated July 16, 2026

The General settings page is where you control an integration's identity, its lifecycle state, and which flows are available at all. It sits at the top of the integration hierarchy — the decisions you make here override anything further down. This guide walks through each control, explains what the toggles actually do, and points out the ones that need real care.

The page in two parts

The page splits into two logical sections:

  1. Integration identity and state — the name, the Onboarding toggle, and the Live toggle

  2. Enable/Disable Flows — a master list of every flow this connector pair supports, with an on/off switch for each

Every setting on this page is high-leverage. Small changes here can turn an integration on, off, or sideways.

Name

The friendly name for this integration. Shown in the Dashboard, in navigation, in logs, and in every internal reference to this specific setup. It's yours to define — but pick something that will still make sense to a colleague in six months.

Recommended patterns:

  • <Source> - <Destination> — e.g. Svea - Fortnox, Shopify - Business Central

  • <Store name>: <Source> ↔ <Destination> — useful when a workspace hosts multiple stores

  • Add an environment suffix if relevantSvea - Fortnox (staging) specifies the need for a duplicate

Enable/Disable Flows

Below the identity section, every flow the connector pair supports is listed with its own toggle. This is the master switch for what data movements are even possible in this integration.

Each flow card shows:

  • The flow name (e.g. Export Orders to Fortnox, Transform Fortnox orders to Invoices)

  • A "Supports Webhooks" badge on flows that can be driven by real-time events (as opposed to scheduling only)

  • A toggle to enable or disable that flow

Note: This view reflects the initial Flows configuration under the Get Started onboarding tab. However, sometimes it may offer more specific flows to enable as well (like Svea InStore).
