- 1.Log in to Customer Area — Open the Adyen Customer Area and select the correct company account.
- 2.Open API credentials — Go to Developers → API credentials.
- 3.Create or select the credential — Your account includes default API credentials. You can also create a dedicated web service user if you want a separate credential for Junipeer.
- 4.Generate the API key — Open the credential, go to Server settings → Authentication → API key, and select Generate API key.
- 5.Copy the values securely — Save the generated Username and API key immediately. Adyen does not let you copy the API key again after you leave the page.
- 6.Review roles and permissions — Make sure the credential has the roles required for the Adyen APIs Junipeer will call.
- 7.Paste the credentials into Junipeer — Enter the Username and API key in the Adyen connection settings in Junipeer.
