Connect Dotdigital to Junipeer

  1. Open API users in Dotdigital

    In Dotdigital, open the user menu, go to Settings, then open Access → API users.

  2. Create a new API user

    Click New user to create a dedicated API user for Junipeer.

  3. Leave the generated username unchanged

    Dotdigital generates the API username automatically. Keep that value as-is.

  4. Set the password and enable the user

    Enter a secure password, choose the preferred rate-limiting mode, and make sure the API user is enabled before saving.

  5. Save and copy the credentials

    After saving, copy the generated API username and the password you set.

  6. Paste the credentials into Junipeer

    Enter the Dotdigital API username and password in Junipeer.

Login lifetime: Until the API user is disabled, deleted, or its password is changed
